The Agência de Investimento Privado e Promoção de Exportações (AIPEX) is Angola’s official private investment promotion agency. AIPEX administers the Private Investment Law, the PROPRIV privatization program, and the Special Economic Zones. For most foreign investors, AIPEX is the formal entry point into the Angolan investment regime.
